High speed trains actually aren’t that bad of an idea, because with the cost of flying and all of the extra fees, the trains probably won’t have any problems with business. It would be costly to build, but an investment.
The Phoenix to Las Vegas train would be the real party train! I read an article in the Arizona Republic a month or two ago about flights from Phoenix to Vegas. People are so hyped-up, and the partying and drinks start flowing before they even get on-board the plane! I can only imagine the train to Vegas would be likewise.
